- Start with one standard or branded sample and verify the build before committing. Repeat orders ship by the container — mixed across models and trims.
- Payment
- 30% / 70% T/T
- 30% deposit to start production, 70% before shipment. Invoiced by Dongguan Starry Sky Business Service Co., Ltd., our registered export entity.
- Production
- ≈45 working days
- From deposit and artwork approval — custom orders are built new, to your spec. US buyers can also take ready-to-run units from Wheatland stock; availability, real transit time and freight cost are confirmed with your quote.
- Warranty
- 15 months vehicle / 3 years lithium
- 15-month vehicle warranty, 3 years on lithium packs, 15 months on lead-acid. Wear items are not covered. All warranty terms go in writing before you pay a deposit.

Ready-to-run units and spare parts are in stock at our facility in Wheatland, Missouri, with local service available — urgent parts can ship domestic instead of crossing an ocean. Test drives can be arranged by appointment.

Can the carts carry my own brand?
Yes — private label is the default, not an upsell. Body badge, paint, seat embroidery and start-up animation are standard configuration choices. If you'd rather start unbranded and add your label later, that works too.
What's included in the quoted price?
Your quote lists the configuration, unit price and confirmed trade terms in writing — with real transit time and freight cost for your destination, not an estimate that goes stale. We typically respond within 1 business day.
Can I start with one sample cart?
Yes — the first order can be a single standard or branded sample so you can verify the build before committing. Repeat orders ship by the container.
Can I buy from US stock instead of importing?
US buyers can take delivery either way: SKD containers shipped factory-direct from China, or ready-to-run units from stock at our Wheatland, Missouri facility — availability is confirmed with your quote. Test drives can be arranged there by appointment.
Can I mix models and trims in one container?
Yes. Seating layouts, chassis heights, colors and trims can be mixed in one shipment — we plan the mix with you before the deposit.
What are the warranty and spare-parts terms?
15 months on the vehicle, 3 years on lithium batteries, 15 months on lead-acid — from factory ship date, in writing before you pay a deposit. Wear items are not covered. Common wear parts are specced at 5–10% of order value into your container.
