Branded carts can be ordered from one unit. What the quotation depends on is which branding items you want, because they are not all the same kind of work: some are done per cart, and some involve a one-off tooling plate that is charged once rather than per cart — so that cost sits on however many carts you order, which is why those items work out differently on one cart than on a container.

In most cases, yes — share your brand colour codes (Pantone or RAL) when requesting a quote. A colour outside the standard range is a custom paint run and carries its own minimum, which we confirm with the quotation.

Lifted models have raised ground clearance and all-terrain tires for rougher terrain; standard models use road tires and a lower chassis for paved or flat surfaces. See individual product pages for specifications.

Every vehicle is fully assembled, commissioned and road-tested at the factory first. It then ships factory-direct as SKD (semi-knocked-down form) for container-optimized freight cost — light final assembly on arrival. Production runs about 45 working days from deposit. Ocean transit depends on your destination and current sailing schedules, so we confirm real transit times and freight cost with your quote.

It depends on your delivery terms. Import, duties and customs handling are confirmed per order when we quote — we'll tell you clearly what we handle and what stays on your side.

Yes, and we'd encourage it. You appoint the firm and cover the cost — SGS, QIMA, BV, or an inspection company you already work with — and you agree the scope directly with them, which keeps the engagement yours rather than ours. Scheduling and factory access are confirmed in advance. If you'd like to start with something faster, we can arrange a live video walkthrough of the production line before you book a formal inspection. First orders can also be processed through Alibaba Trade Assurance, under that platform's own terms, if you'd prefer a third party involved while you're still verifying us.

No. Final assembly is bolt-on only — no cutting or welding — and every order includes an illustrated installation manual (36 sections, diagrams per series, each step specced to the exact fastener). Routine issues are diagnosed remotely with our team, wear parts are pre-stocked with your order, and in-warranty claims are rare to begin with — roughly 3% of shipped carts, wear parts excluded. If your team can turn a wrench, you can run this line.

Yes, ongoing spare parts and technical support are available for all product lines, including private-label configurations. Anything not on your shelf ships direct from China — about a week when it is in stock.

Yes. Remote training by video call is standard with every order. On-site training is also available — at our factory, or we send a technician to you, with travel quoted separately.

Warranty runs from the factory ship date: 15 months on the full vehicle, 3 years on the lithium (LiFePO4) battery, and 15 months on lead-acid batteries. Exact terms per model and market are confirmed in your written quote. Spare parts and technical support are available on an ongoing basis for all product lines.
