How do I get a quote?

Yes. Single sample units are available for dealers and private-label buyers who want to inspect quality before placing a larger order.
Sample pricing, and whether a sample fee can be credited toward a later production order, are confirmed with your quote.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We work with both first-time private-label buyers and established distributors, and MOQs are set accordingly based on product line and delivery method (see shipping options below). Contact us with your target quantity and we'll confirm what applies to your order.
What are your payment terms?
Payment terms are set per order and confirmed in writing before production begins. First orders can be processed through our verified Alibaba.com storefront with Trade Assurance escrow protection — funds are released after you confirm.
How long does production and shipping take?
Lead times depend on configuration, customization scope, and order volume. Standard configurations generally ship faster than fully custom OEM builds — we'll confirm an estimated timeline with your quote.
How is my order shipped?
Vehicles ship factory-direct as SKD (semi-knocked-down form) for container-optimized freight cost, from our China facility — light final assembly on arrival.

Do you offer support in the U.S. after delivery?
Yes. We maintain a U.S.-based facility in Missouri that stocks spare-parts inventory and provides repair service for qualifying markets — so common wear parts and service backup don't have to cross an ocean.

Warranty runs from the factory ship date: 15 months on the full vehicle, 3 years on the lithium (LiFePO4) battery, and 15 months on lead-acid batteries. Exact terms per model and market are confirmed in your written quote. Ongoing spare parts and technical support are available for all product lines, including private-label configurations.
I'm concerned about ordering from a new overseas supplier — what protection do I have?
That's a fair concern, and we'd rather address it directly than have you wonder about it. Two options:
