How do I get a quote?
Tell us what you need — product type, quantity, target market, and any customization requirements. We typically respond within 1 business day with pricing, specifications, and estimated lead time.

Yes. Single sample units are available for dealers and private-label buyers who want to inspect quality before placing a larger order.
Sample pricing, and whether a sample fee can be credited toward a later production order, are confirmed with your quote.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard configurations start at 1 unit — you can order a single cart to test the market. Custom builds also start at 1 unit on your first order, so you can validate quality before committing; repeat custom orders are by the container, and some individual custom options carry their own minimums, confirmed in your quote.
What are your payment terms?
30% T/T (bank transfer) deposit to start production, with the 70% balance due before shipment. Invoices are issued by Dongguan Starry Sky Business Service Co., Ltd., our registered export entity — so the name on your paperwork will match this page. First orders can also be processed through our verified Alibaba.com storefront with Trade Assurance escrow protection.
How long does production and shipping take?
Production takes around 45 working days from deposit for most configurations — every vehicle is built to order, not pulled from stock.
Ocean transit depends on your destination and current sailing schedules — global routings shift, so rather than publish a number that may be stale, we confirm the real transit time and freight cost with your quote.
How is my order shipped?
Every cart is fully assembled and road-tested at the factory, then prepared as SKD (semi-knocked-down form) for container-optimized freight cost — light final assembly on arrival. Different models can be mixed in one container to balance a first order.
Freight cost and delivery timeline vary by destination and order size — let us know your location when requesting a quote for an accurate estimate.
Do you offer support in the U.S. after delivery?
Yes. US buyers take delivery of SKD containers shipped factory-direct from China. Our Wheatland, Missouri facility carries spare parts and provides repair service for qualifying markets — so common wear parts and service backup don't have to cross an ocean.

The vehicle warranty is carried by the factory. Warranty runs from the factory ship date: 15 months on the full vehicle, 3 years on the lithium (LiFePO4) battery, and 15 months on lead-acid batteries. Wear items are not covered. Exact terms per model and market are confirmed in your written quote. Ongoing spare parts and technical support are available for all product lines, including private-label configurations.
