Product Customization

Customization is how you turn a golf cart into your cart. We work from a controlled option matrix — branding, styling, configuration and accessory choices that ship as standard options — so your line stays differentiated without blowing up lead times, MOQs or your parts shelf.

Branding & identity

Custom body and front badge/LOGO, custom paint colors, laser-etched lit grille logo, seat LOGO embroidery, custom wheel caps and steering wheel, water-transfer dash finishes (brushed-metal or carbon-fiber), and a custom instrument start-up animation.

Configuration

Seating layout (2 / 4 / 6, forward or rear-facing), standard or lifted (H) chassis, rear-wheel drive or true 4x4 with differential lock, battery capacity (105Ah / 150Ah / 73.6V / lead-acid), EPS steering, wheel and tire selection, and instrument tier.

A controlled option matrix — on purpose

After years running golf-cart supply chains, quality and engineering, we know which features earn their keep — and which quietly hand your service department a stack of warranty claims. So the menu is curated on purpose: proven, serviceable options, not "anything you can draw." It keeps your pricing predictable, your lead times short, your BOM controlled and your spare-parts shelf simple — and keeps you off the hook for repair-heavy parts that were never worth offering.

Styling that's yours alone

Every model we build is a private mold — our own bodywork, not the public-mold shell every shop within 200 miles is discounting. Whichever face you run, your line gets a look customers can't cross-shop on price alone, and a real reason to sit above the no-name carts.

A private-label toolkit, not just a golf cart

You get more than a vehicle. Brand the owner's manual with your logo and contact details and it's yours — no writing one from scratch. Need product photos, configured renders, video or copy to launch and sell? We help however we can — the same way we send B2B buyers a finished render of their configured golf cart, so your marketing doesn't start from zero. And for custom or personalized builds, a customer-ready render of the exact configuration — the kind that helps your buyer commit — is available as an optional paid service.
