Dealer Program

Become a dealer — your brand, your margin

Every branded dealer program puts the factory's name on your floor and its rules on your margin. Ours works the other way: we build the carts, you own the brand — configured to your spec, priced factory-direct, starting from a single sample unit.

Who this program fits

This program is built for businesses that already sell — golf carts under someone else's brand, powersports, outdoor equipment, marine, or a service shop with a floor that could hold four carts. What they have in common: a local name customers trust, the ability to service what they sell, and a reason to want the margin and the brand to be theirs.

If that's you, the quote form asks three quick questions about your business — what you sell, roughly how many carts a year, and which brands you carry today — so the first conversation starts with a recommendation instead of a questionnaire.

What the program includes

Your brand on the cowl, not ours

Private-label is our default, not an upsell. Your name, your colors, your spec — priced on what your configuration is worth in your market, not against an identical cart at the shop down the road.

Configuration depth that closes deals

Custom body colors, nine seat upholsteries, wheels, roofs, audio and entertainment options, branding placement — and the same chassis can be built lifted or standard. Configured per order, so you sell a cart your competitors simply don't stock.

Start with one cart, not one container

The first order can be a single sample unit — verify the build quality before you commit. Repeat orders ship by the container, with models and trims mixed to fit local demand.

Factory-direct pricing

You buy from the factory that builds it, so the importer's margin stays in your pocket — no brand royalty, no franchise fee, and configuration questions answered by the production team, not a sales agency.

US buyers can start from stock, not from a ship

Take delivery your way: SKD containers factory-direct from China, or ready-to-run units already in stock at our Wheatland, Missouri facility. Spare parts and local service sit there too — an urgent US part ships domestically instead of crossing an ocean.

Warranty in writing

15 months on the vehicle, 3 years on lithium batteries, 15 months on lead-acid — from factory ship date, in writing before you pay a deposit. Wear items are not covered, and we say that up front too. Common wear parts ship in your container at 5–10% of order value.

How it works

  1. 1

    Apply

Tell us about your business on the quote form — what you sell today, roughly how many carts a year, and which brands you carry. It takes about three minutes.

  2. 2

    Talk to a real person

We typically respond within 1 business day with dealer pricing and a recommendation for your market — a single sample unit or a mixed first container, quoted either way.

  3. 3

    Place your first order

Custom production runs about 45 working days from the 30% deposit and artwork approval; the balance is due before shipment. Renders, spec sheets and listing copy for your brand are ready before the carts land.

Dealer program FAQ

I'm already carrying another import brand. Why add this one?

You don't have to drop the lines you already carry. Order one private-label sample, put it on the floor next to what you sell today, and let the margin difference make the argument. If it earns the space, scale by the container.

Do I have to commit to a container to become a dealer?

No. The first order can be a single sample unit so you can verify build quality before committing. Repeat orders ship by the container — that's where the per-unit freight economics actually work.

Can I sell under my own brand?

Yes — that's the default. We build private-label carts to your specification: your brand name, your colors, your trim mix. If you'd rather start unbranded and add your label later, that works too.

Who handles warranty and parts in North America?

Warranty and technical support run from our factory team. When a part is urgent, it ships from US stock at our Wheatland, Missouri facility instead of crossing an ocean, and local service can be arranged there — as can test drives, by appointment.

What arrives in the container, and who assembles it?

Carts arrive SKD — bolt-on assembly only, no cutting or welding. One experienced technician can finish a cart alone in about 1–3 hours (the first one takes longer), working from the illustrated manual: 36 sections, every step specced to the exact fastener.

What are the warranty terms?

15 months on the vehicle, 3 years on lithium batteries and 15 months on lead-acid, all from factory ship date — in writing before you pay a deposit. Wear items are not covered.
