US Parts & Service Support

After-sales is where most China-direct golf cart suppliers leave dealers stranded. Ours sits on U.S. soil, not half a world away.

1. Plan the right spares — before the golf cart ships

We size a practical spare-parts package to your models, volumes and service capability — typically 5–10% of order value — so the wear parts you'll actually reach for are on your shelf, not on a boat. If something isn't on your shelf, it ships direct from China — about a week when it is in stock.

2. Assemble and service without a dealership-grade workshop

Vehicles ship SKD — the bulky items (wheels, arches, pillars, roof, windshield, mirrors, seats, belts) bolt on at your end, and everything is bolt-on: no cutting, no welding. Every order comes with an illustrated installation manual — 36 sections, diagrams per series, every step specced to the exact fastener (down to bolt size, washer position and tightening order). If your team can turn a wrench, they can commission and service this line.

3. Diagnose routine issues remotely

Warranty claims are rare to begin with — roughly 3% of shipped carts, wear parts excluded. When something does come up, our team guides remote diagnosis — photos, video and available Bluetooth diagnostic tools — so most minor issues are cleared without anyone waiting on a part.

4. U.S.-based repair support

US buyers take delivery of SKD containers shipped factory-direct from China. Our Wheatland, Missouri facility carries spare parts and provides repair service for qualifying markets. Exact coverage and turnaround are confirmed in writing per dealer program — we quote what's real, not a headline that surprises you later.

5. Operation & maintenance training

Remote training by video call comes standard with every order — operation, routine maintenance and basic diagnostics for your service team. On-site training is also available: bring your team to the factory, or we send a technician to you, with travel quoted separately.
