Golf Cart Manufacturing FAQ
Where are your golf carts manufactured?
At our own manufacturing base in China, where chassis fabrication, robotic welding, e-coat surface treatment, final assembly, commissioning and road testing all happen in-house. Our Missouri facility supports North American dealers with spare-parts inventory and repair service.
Are you a golf cart factory or a trading company?
Both — an integrated manufacturer and trading company. The vehicles are designed and built at our own factory, and the same organization handles export and dealer support, so nothing gets lost in relay. Being close to the market shows in the product: designs are updated quickly on dealer and market feedback, and the range is deliberately kept to a compact matrix on a shared platform — far easier for a dealership to stock, service and hold spare parts for than a sprawling catalog. After-sales is backed by our U.S.-based parts and service program.
How do you control quality during production?
Every vehicle moves through the same fixed build sequence, documented in 68 recorded assembly steps. After assembly, each unit is commissioned — toe alignment set to spec, brakes filled, bled and function-checked — then load and tow tested and driven on our own test track before packing.
What is e-coat, and why does it matter on a golf cart?
E-coat (electrophoretic coating) is the same immersion anti-corrosion process used on automotive bodies: the chassis is acid-pickled, phosphated and electro-coated before paint. It protects the frame from rust far better than the powder-coat-only finish common on budget golf carts — which matters in coastal, humid and irrigated-turf environments.
Can I visit the factory before placing an order?
Yes. Dealers are welcome to visit the factory in person, and we can also arrange a video meeting with our team and factory staff live on the line — a practical way to run due diligence before a first container.
Do you build private-label and OEM golf carts?
