What a distributor actually has to decide
The first order is one branded sample, not a container. Your logo and your colors on a single unit, enough to verify the build and the brand presentation before committing to container volume. Repeat orders ship by the container and can mix models.
Custom production runs about 45 working days. Counted from the deposit and artwork approval — both, not either — so the clock only starts once the artwork is signed off. Ocean transit depends on your routing and is confirmed with the quote.
Warranty is 15 months on the vehicle, 3 years on the lithium pack. Stated as the vehicle warranty rather than a blanket number, because wear items are not covered. Worth pinning down with any supplier: what the warranty covers versus what gets classified as a wear item.
Every model in the catalog comes out of our own private mold. Exclusive styling rather than a public-mold shell — a body you won't find in another catalogue. That is the difference between a brand and a badge on a vehicle anyone can order.
One limit worth knowing before you plan a first unit. Branding — body and front badge, laser-etched lit grille logo, wheel caps and steering-wheel branding, seat logo embroidery, custom start-up animation — applies to a single sample. A custom body color outside the standard twelve starts at five units.
